Garlic in Peas - Peas have been proven to cause excessive gas in a lot of people, but if you add some garlic to your peas while they're cooking, it eliminates the gas-producing power out of the peas. It also adds a nice zingy taste.
Ginger, Garlic and Apple Chicken - Dish is a garlic-ginger-apple chicken served on rice, that's simply delicious. Simply stir together some garlic, ginger, cumin and coriander in a bowl. Chop a pound of boneless chicken breasts and coat in flour. Sautee in a couple of teaspoons of oil in a frying pan till lightly cooked. Chop up one tart apple and put in the pan along with a tablespoon of oil, and cook till brown, then add the spice mix. Finally, add 3/4 cup of chicken broth, mix everything together and throw in the chicken breast. Cook for 2-3 minutes until chicken is hot all the way through, and serve over a bed of rice. Not one thing in this dish will cause flatulence, and the ginger and garlic will eliminate it completely.
Garlic Mashed Potatoes -Dish is garlic mashed potatoes, and one that's a great excessive flatulence curative. Simply make your mashed potatoes as normal but grate into the mixture a couple of cloves of garlic and some cheese. Mix everything together and cook as usual. Delicious.
Ginger in Cookies - You can also add ginger to cookies, a perfect dessert hot out of the oven and a wonderful way to stop gas. You can add it to oatmeal cookie mix, cookie dough mix, even a chocolate cookie mix (which sounds odd but it's an incredible mix of tastes). Eat a couple of cookies after a meal that would normally give you excessive gas and marvel at the results.
