Ginger Tea - One way to get a good amount of ginger to stop your excessive gas is to brew up a cup of ginger tea. Easy to make, it just requires a ginger root, which you can buy at most supermarkets and health food stores. Wash the ginger root and then grate it into a mug until the bottom of the mug is completely covered. Now, add boiling hot water and leave to steep for five minutes. You can drink it plain or also add some honey, to sweeten the taste. Drink a cup of ginger tea before you eat a meal and you'll notice quickly how fast your flatulence problem disappears.

Chop up one tart apple and put in the pan along with a tablespoon of oil, and cook till brown, then add the spice mix. Finally, add 3/4 cup of chicken broth, mix everything together and throw in the chicken breast. Cook for 2-3 minutes until chicken is hot all the way through, and serve over a bed of rice.
